I love this oil! It is roughly equivalent to grapeseed oil in terms of high smoking point and healthfulness, but it tastes better. Someone else described it as “buttery,” and I agree. I’m not sure whether it’s the flavor or mouthfeel that reminds me of butter, but it is wonderful! I used it tonight to stir fry shredded cabbage (just a little, 2 tsp per half head of cabbage) — this is a recipe I’ve made for years with various oils — but this avocado oil really took it to a new level. I highly recommend it.
